Spy Who Loved Me Costume

Behemoth-Zos Kia Cultus (2002)

Poland, Gdańsk / Danzig 2002

In a way I kind of feel sorry for this band. Gaining exposure coming from Poland, has to be difficult enough but add to That being inevitably Compared with the mighty Vader and in a way it Does not seem quite fair. I certainly have to give credit Them since They have been around over a decade now and have built quite a lot of support with their other releases. I just love it when a band works their ass off to get where they are without someone giving them everything they need to succeed, it shows perseverance and character not to mention a genuine love for the music.
Although the beginning of this review sounds all sunny and rosy that is in stark contrast to what you get when you put "Zos Kia Cultus" in your CD player. The album starts out with what sounds like someone turning a radio dial and then the guitars come in with a slow riff that just feels like it is leading you to your doom and finally you are blasted with "Horns Ov Baphomet". I love this kind of build up in music and Behemoth does this very well. The songs for the most part are all pretty fast with a fair amount of blast beats to be had. Although the speed is ever present the guitar work still shines through with some excellent lead work, which really adds a lot more depth to the ever-present speed. Vocals and lyrics are pretty much what you would expect from a black/death metal band and the scenes of death, violence and overall evil are never to far away. If there was one complaint I could make about this album it is that I wish it would have a little more variety like they had on "Thelema 6" which I thought was an excellent album. This is actually a minor complaint since the more I listen to this album the more I seem to like it.

Overall this album I consider a worthy predecessor to "Thelma 6" and something that fans of the band and the genre in general will certainly want to pick up. Christian Renner

Probably no one, with people zagladajacych peixe's Musical Travelogue (all rights reserved:) there is no longer any doubt that this side can not expect any beaten path music. Unlike some blogs do not intend here to refer to the only right subjects, current or terytorium.Jak the name suggests is and will be a journey through Przesieka, steam and wild ducts immeasurable, not only the history of music (but especially) will otherwise europejskiej.Nie and this time-after meatlicznych "Japonczykach, charming guys with Ex-Dance, the feisty Margaret along with her troupe at the time had come to the Starring giganci.Giganci successive stage in the true sense of the word.

Have you ever wondered from what music really is famous for our beloved, flowing with milk and honey land? "All those who, like me they thought the indisputable advantages of making Sarah's solo datad Kotulanki, bluff songs Danuta Rinn, and legendary performers such disc Exotic as the trio, or Jerzy Rozycki (known to many followers of the cult already koweru "I like Chopin Gazebo, issued under the more familiar title" In the shadow of the willows "), must now prepare for the harsh experience of the profession .. you want it or not, the Fourth Republic Poland is mainly associated with the bands with such names as voiced Vader or Behemoth, playing the world music genre known as death metal.

Behemoth Group, founded in Gdansk in the early '90s by a man named Nergal, also known under the pseudonym Adam Darski;), is for me perhaps the most glaring example of the fact that where there is simply zero moc.Mimo support and promotion of the Polish media, the men have already released several albums, concerts and held a plethora of today are well-known and respected in the United States, South America (mainly Brazil). and Western Europe-word, nearly everywhere, but not in nas.Nie know why the media and well-known music journalists (with the notable exception of Voivodship), they think about the unworthy poswieconenia if only a little attention and look deeper side of the na muzyczny rynek deathmetalowy, ktory z kazdym dniem rosnie w sile.Wszystkim , ktorzy powiedza teraz-"no dobrze, ale to przeciez tylko nisza", dedykuje artykul jaki na temat Behemotha napisal New York Times-niszowy fanzin o marginalnym zasiegu.Czy wreszcie nauczymy sie szanowac i wspierac to co powstalo w naszym kraju i przebilo sie za granice?W obecnych okolicznosciach przyrody i czasach mijajacych pod znakiem promocji komercyjnego i latwo przyswajalnego gowna, niestety smiem w to watpic, jednak zamiast biadolic wole dorzucic dzis ze swojej strony mala cegielke.

"Zos kia cultus", plyta , ktora postanowilem wybrac, stanowi juz owoc Behemotha wcielenia death metalowego, zapoczatkowanego przelomowym krazkiem Thelema 6.Rozpoczynajacy album, Horns Ov Bahometh, begins with sounds of skipping between stations radiowymi.Ten cleverly used grading treatment of mood introduces the listener into a state of growing anxiety and extends the precarious state of oczekiwania.Slyszac first lines, shouted vocals Nergal frightening, you can have no longer any doubt that the nature of the slab-CODO welcome to piekle.Dynamiczna drums, located in the hands of a friendly man nicknamed "Inferno", is building a fantastic mood of total destruction, and the guitar Havoc brings to mind the days of "musical landscapes" a la early Slayer.Zdecydowanie, it is not a product designed for lovers Sound from the trade Krzysztof Krawczyk, however, all potential listeners invited to spend the larger plate uwagi.Z moment when oswoicie August with vocals Nergal (which many, unfortunately, can be an impediment to the transition) will be given to you see how the boys are not from today May in the hands of the guitar and the "Zos kia ..." we are dealing with a large dose of worthwhile and enchanting (sic) music, which brings in some circumstances with one another (like me during the week notifier) \u200b\u200boczyczczenie specific. Well Shine on the holy day, worms:)
